Hi, this is my first post.
I'm using this forum because I'm in Chile for a year and thought it would be easier to ask certain questions in English rather than go hunt down some hard-to-find accounting professor at my school- then only to stumble through confusing subjects in Spanish. I'm in the very early stages of outlining a book I mean to write and there are some basic things I need to figure out at the moment- the first of which is:

Is it possible to see how much a company has made from its own stock being bought on the market? In school I learned right away where to find investment activities like when a company sells the stock they hold in other companies, but I don't know where to find the lowdown on their own stock sales. Perhaps it just passed me by.

More (probably similarly obvious as this one) questions to come!
